You pay a 20% deposit, then the balance 30 days before arrival, through a payment link we send you. We check the calendars and confirm personally within 24 h. If the dates are no longer free, the deposit is refunded in full.

Up to 30 days before arrival, 95% of payments are refunded. Up to 15 days before, 60%. After that, no refund.

No smoking indoors, no parties, quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, no pets (the National Park is right next door), and a few habits suited to Caribbean nature. Everything is on our House rules page.

The rate covers 2 guests, then $15 per night for each extra guest, up to 6. Departure cleaning is included and, from 7 nights, one 3-hour cleaning during your stay is on us. 13% VAT is added to the total.
